Byebye 2006!!!
Went to watch the kiddie version of New Year’s Eve Fireworks @ Dockalnds New Quay… (still can’t believe that a grown-up like me actually went to watch it just because I don’t want to stay up late and crushed by the others… where’re all my youngster’s energy??!!)
And by the way, that firework performance was by far the most comfy one I have ever watched in my life – if you are a Hongkie or you have been to one of Melbourne’s normal mid-night NYE fireworks performance, you’d know how un-comfy watching a firework performance could be.
Anyway… the fireworks also mark the end of my holidays staying with Uncle Daniel and Auntie Karen; so as the start of 2007, work, and living alone, AGAIN.
Now, before any of my self-pitying comments, enjoy the fireworks!!! But you really would wish you were there.
