My faculty is getting a new Dean in 2007.
The new Dean is Robert Kvan, who is the Dean of Faculty of Architecture in USyd and previously the Dean of Architecture of HKU. I first knew that through the Faculty enews, and then today’s eUniNews offers me the following information:
He has been educated, worked and practised in many countries and organisations, large and small, and speaks several languages including Cantonese.
It’s as if telling all the international students from Hong Kong “Hey, let’s rock up to his office and talk to him in Cantonese!”
