Apple’s Bad Move

I am afraid I have to say Apple has made its worst move ever - if not, at least to me it is. From nowhere, Apple has decided to pair up with Motorola and to release an iTunes cell phone “Motorola ROKR” together. All I have to say is, I will not get a Motorola phone, and I will not get a Motorola phone or ditch my Nokia cell phone just because of iTunes.

Using a Motorola cell phone is like the worst nigtmare ever to me. First, they have ugly designs - it’s totally going against Apple’s image. Secondly, their OSesssssssssssss are NOT user-friendly. For example, you’ve got a Motorola cell phone of XXX model, and your friend has got a Motorola cell phone of YYY model. You are using the same brand, but you do not know how to operate each others’ cell phone because stupid Motorola has different OSesssssss for almost every phone they have introduced and not to mention my major point - they are absolutely NOT user-friendly. More, Motorola has paired up Microsoft before to issue Smart phones before (sort of, as their SmartPhone uses Windows Mobile), is this a cheap shot for Apple to raise against Microsoft? Thirdly, it’s not economic to get a Motorola phone, the price of their product always drop tremendously after a short period. Nokia’s cell phones, contrastingly, always have stable prices. Fourthly, Motorola cell phones are wrecked easily. Honestly, I never break a Nokia cell: no matter how I drop it, crash it, or whatever it, it still functions perfectly.

This post seems subjective, but goodness me, only the thought of a Motorola phone with iTunes on it makes me get goose bumps… ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! So you can’t really charge me, I can’t really think of any good pointsof this cell phone, let alone any advantages that can override any single disadvantage of this ugly cell phone. I am so NOT looking forward to its introduction in Australia or in Hong Kong - it’s just the 100% opposite of “cool”.
